Generative AI is delivering much better results for office workers at an individual level than at a team level: at individual level 71% saw an increase in productivity and 63% reported an improvement in the quality of work, while at team level these figures were 54% and 44% respectively. Time savings were similar among front line workers, but productivity didn’t improve to the same extent. //
