The world's largest agricultural fair has started in Berlin
The International Green Week (Internationale Grüne Woche), the world's largest agricultural, food and horticultural fair has started in Berlin on Friday in Berlin. The Hungarian booth was opened by Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture.
The International Green Week this year takes place for the 80th time in its 89-year history. More than 1,600 exhibitors from around 70 countries will be presenting displays covering every area of agriculture, the food industry and horticulture.
Hungary has participated for 43 times at the number one international agricultural trade fair. A dozen of Hungarian companies present quality and premium products such as wines, desserts marzipans, spice pastes, games and mangalitsa products on more than 300 square meters. The Hungarian presence at the International Green Week (Internationale Grüne Woche) is organised by teh Agricultural Marketing Centre General Directorate of the Magyar Turizmus (MT) Zrt. (MTI)
