The construction of the new hotel has started in Nyíregyháza-Sóstógyógyfürdő

The construction of the new 4-star wellness conference hotel in Nyíregyháza-Sóstógyógyfürdő has started. The 4 billion HUF investment is expected to be completed in May 2018, the mayor of the town announced at a press conference.

Kovács Ferenc (Fidesz-KDNP) said that the hotel with a 9,000 square meter base area, 122 rooms, a restaurant, a conference room, a showroom, a mini wellness center and a fitness room will be in direct contact with the nearby adventure park and bath.

For the investment, the government provides 3.1 billion HUF grant under the Modern Cities Program, the remaining 900 million HUF comes from the municipality. Kovács Ferenc added that due to the construction of the new hotel, 66 new jobs will be created in Nyíregyháza. (MTI)
