Liquidation of Herz Salami has been started

The liquidation application against Herz Salami Ltd. became effective. It is begining of the liquidation of the 120 year old domestic company.

The company's majority owner Jámbor János said, that Herz Salami is seeking for an agreement with the crediting banks and with suppliers about the re-production of Herz Salami. Several domestic and international examples have already demonstrated that a liquidation can have a positive outcome. It is a pity that the negotiations with financing bank lead to the winding-up of this old factory, but perhaps now, right after the last moment, the creditors and the suppliers can admit that not only the owner, but they also lose much, if no agreement will be reached during the liquidation – stated Jámbor János businessman the owner of  Formont Ltd. és Aventa 96 Ltd. which holds the majority of Herz Salami Ltd. If Herz is able to function properly, the investor may receive back the large part its bank loans. The 350 employees of factory could keep their jobs as well.
