CAP direct payments legislation is ready

The new legislation regulating the direct subsidies through the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) has now reached the conciliation stage. In Hungary seven regulations have been worked out by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (MVH). Community rules are only valid as of 1 January 2015, so the Hungarian regulations couldn’t have been published earlier. They will see the light of day in the January-March period
