Guidebook published
After eight months of constructive dialogue, the guidebook for analysing double standards in food quality has been published. The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) has made sure that the document is worded in a way that it can offer relevant help to every stakeholder. In addition to the regulatory background, the guidebook also contains practical advice for food companies on how to comply with the rules.
