The Nova Park shopping center was sold

The joint company of the MAS Real Estate and the Prime Kapital Holding bought the Nova Park shopping center of Futureal group in Poland. The value of the transaction was 88.5 million euros.

The Nova Park situates in the downtown of Gorzów western Poland and has become one of the largest shopping centers of the region in the past four years.

The Nova Park opened its gates in April 2012 as the joint investment of Caelum Development and the Futureal Group. (Portfolio.hu)
