Ownership changed at MOM Park, Westend and EMKE
A large international investment consortium acquired the real estate portfolio consisting of the MOM Park Shopping Center, the corresponding MOM Park Offices, the Westend Business Center Office Building and the EMKE Office Building. The transaction ended on 31 July – the Wing Zrt. told MTI on Tuesday.
The consortium consist of the Hungarian real estate developer and investor the WING Zrt., the US real estate investment division of Morgan Stanley, the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and the Austrian shopping center specialist CC Real. The MOM park has a base area of 50 thousand square meters, Westend has 30 thousand, while the EMKE Office Building has a base area of 13,700 square meters. (MTI)
