Phoenix Hotel Keszthely sold
The owner , a Danubius subsidiary sold the hotel, which didn't worked since 2 years. Details are unknown.
Since many years the 2 stars Hotel
Phoenix with 73 rooms was operated in a rent construction, but the
licence finished on the year's end 2006 and since that point the
hotel was empty.
Danubius Hotels disaided in 2006 about selling its low category hotels. The tender for Phoenix Hotel was netto HUF 200 million, but we know nothing about the concret price given for it.
