The Competition Authority initiated proceedings against the Lidl
The Competition Authority initiated proceedings against Lidl Hungary Bt., presupposing the charge of unfair trade practices against costumers.
The proceeding of the Competition Authority does not imply the claim that the infringement was committed by the Lidl. The process will aim to clarify the facts, and to prove the alleged infringement. The deadline is 3 month for the completion of the procedure, that can be extended two times, with not more than 45 working days – reports penzcentrum.hu .
