Philosofish SA Recognised For Sea Bass, Sea Bream, Pagrus
Greek aquaculture company Philosofish SA has won 2-stars for three products – sea bass, sea bream and pagrus – in the Superior Taste Award 2020.
The award was presented by the Brussels-based International Taste Institute, a world leader in the evaluation and certification of consumer food and beverage products.
More than 1,500 products were submitted to this year’s competition, and underwent rigorous appraisals by independent panels comprising more than 200 chefs from the most prestigious European culinary associations.
