The goal of the competition is to innovate dishes based on Hungarian traditions. Bence Rétvári said: he hopes that as many of the dishes participating in the competition as possible will be included in the offer of domestic restaurants.
According to Márton Nobilis, the Secretary of State responsible for the food industry and trade policy of the Ministry of Agriculture, the competition, which will be held for the seventh time, proves that this is a successful enterprise that brings good news to Hungarian food products.
