The consumer electronic complaints management platform was launched
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumer disputes was launched on 15 February 2016.
“The online platform, operated by the European Commission has also brought significant legal changes in terms of everyday business practices” – Torsten Braner, lawyer of the Taylor Wessing e | n | w | c law firm informs.
The platform can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
