Pataki János passed away
Pataki János pastry of Érd, president of the Hungarian Confectioner Industry Board has passed away – the professional organization told MTI on Tuesday.
Pataki János deceased at dawn on Tuesday at the age of 64. The pastry chef was the president of the the Hungarian Confectioner Industry Board, since 2007, and between 2008 and 2012 he was the chairman of the International Association of Confectioners and Ice Cream Makers (UIPCG Union Internationale de la Patisserie, Confiserie-Glacerie).
