Running out of industrial and logistic space?
In 2017 617,000m² more industrial space was rented in Hungary, 44 percent more than in the previous year. This means that there is hardly any more industrial and logistic space that can be rented – informed the Association of Hungarian Logistics Service Centres (MLSZKSZ) at a conference held at the end of January. Presently 115,000m² of new industrial property is being developed, but this space has already been booked by tenants. //
