European Parliament adopts AI legislation
The European Parliament has voted by an overwhelming majority in favour of EU legislation on artificial intelligence. This groundbreaking regulation is expected to enter into force early next year and will apply from 2026. The new rules are likely to have a very small impact on food manufacturers.
