Eleven maddison park made it to the annual World’s 50 Best Restaurants list

Eleven Madison Park has unseated Osteria Francescana to take the top spot on the annual World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Since the rankings debuted in 2002, just seven restaurants (EMP now included) have held the no. 1 spot. Like many of these, Eleven Madison Park experienced a steady rise to the top. The New York restaurant appeared in the 50th slot in 2010, jumped to no. 24 in 2011, followed by no. 10 in 2012, no. 5 in 2013, and no. 4 in 2014. In 2015, it fell to the fifth slot, before continuing on its trajectory to the top, making it to third place last year.
