Directive on artisan foods came into force

The directive of the Hungarian Food Code on artisan foods came into force at the end of last month.

Kardeván Endre at the Day of Artisan Foods event reminded that the traditional artisan foods are prepared in smaller quantities with traditional technology, that is meeting high quality standards. (MTI)
