The 2022 Economic Diary “web-GN” and nitrate data submission forms are available

For the 2022 calendar year, participants in the following grants must submit a management diary electronically:
• agri-environmental management payment
• support for organic farming
• Compensation payments for NATURA 2000 agricultural areas
• non-productive investments aimed at habitat development

The mandatory data content to be submitted in the case of each support scheme is included in the calls for tenders

In order to reduce the administrative burden, the obligation to provide data for all affected support schemes can be fulfilled by submitting a single management diary “web-GN”. When filling out the form, you must indicate which support scheme you are participating in, and the data to be submitted will be available in the form accordingly.

59/2008 on the detailed rules of the action program necessary for the protection of waters against nitrate pollution of agricultural origin, as well as the procedure for data provision and registration. Accordingly, from the reporting period starting on September 1, 2014, it is not possible to accept paper data sheets. Nitrate data must be provided from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023.

In both cases, the data must be submitted to the National Food Chain Safety Office

The necessary forms are directly available on the office’s website via the link http://anyk.nebih.gov.hu/. In the case of management diaries and nitrate data sheets, the electronic submission of the data must also be completed by the above deadline. In the case of a business diary, it is not possible to provide data beyond the deadline. In the case of the nitrate data sheet, if the customer receives a notice from the authority that he has not fulfilled his obligation to provide data within the deadline, it will be possible to fulfill this obligation electronically even after the deadline has passed.
