Analysts: Inflation may continue to accelerate in the first quarter
Inflation may continue to accelerate in the first quarter, but analysts interviewed by MTI do not expect to exceed the central bank’s inflation target of 3 percent this year.
According to the fresh data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) published on Tuesday, the consumer prices were on average of 2.3 percent higher in January 2017 than a year before, while compared with December last year, consumer prices increased by an average of 0.4 percent. (MTI)
