Analysts: the pace of wage growth continued to accelerate
The pace of wage growth continued to accelerate in November last year and for this year an even more dynamic growth is expected due to the raising of the minimum wage and because of the labor shortages – according to analysts commenting the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
According to the latest data of the Central Statistical Office (CSO), average gross earnings increased by 8.2 percent in a year and amounted to 285 800 HUF in November, while net earnings due to the changes in the rules of personal income increased by 9.8 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
