Analysts: more than 3 percent annual GDP growth is expected
The gross domestic product (GDP) increased over the expectations this year in the second quarter. According to analysts interviewed by MTI GDP can expand more than it was expected earlier.
According to the first flash estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), Hungary’s gross domestic product (GDP) increased with an unprecedented rate has not seen for eight years. The rate of the increase was 3.9 percent in the second quarter of this year, compared to the same period of the last year. According to the seasonally and calendar-adjusted datas, the annual GDP growth was 3.7 percent, while compared to the previous quarter the economic growth was 0.8 percent. (MTI)
