Energizer batteries are available in all retail channels. According to Orsolya Varga, Energizer Magyarország Kft.’s trade marketing manager the focus is different in every channel, but the company is able to offer the right product to each partner. 2010 is the year of rebirth for Energizer products as the whole product portfolio will be renewed. The company also tries its best in ensuring that consumers can find the prefect long-term solutions for their devices – which consume different amount of energy. In the new Energizer portfolio we find the further developed alkaline HighTech product range, which performs 20 percent better in digital devices than the earlier Ultimate alkaline battery.
Energizer’s AA and AAA size Ultimate Lithium batteries also provide more energy than their predecessors. Social responsibility issues are of major importance for the company. Energizer came out with pink batteries to call attention to their campaign against breast cancer. Wilkinson’s products for women also have a lion’s share in communicating the campaign, trying to convince women that breast cancer can be cured if diagnosed in time.
