Food company will rent the Goodman's production facility

Goodman, integrated property group and CaseTech Polska food supplying company signed a ten-year pre-lease agreement.

The CaseTech will rent a 8208 square-meter facility from Goodman, in the city of Legnica. The construction will begin in August 2011, the handing over is scheduled to take place in February 2012. The new complex can be found in the Special Economic Zone of Legnica, close to Legnickie Pole – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
