Methodology for the rapid identification of food counterfeiting has been developed
The rapid identification of food counterfeits at Halker Kft. is in operation from January, the methodology was developed by the consortium led by the company as part of a 1.46 billion HUF project with 912.8 million HUF of EU support, the company said on Wednesday at the closing event of the project, at the company’s balatonboglár plant.
