Tesco has introduced electric delivery vans
Tesco has introduced fully electric vans in its home delivery service; The refrigerators in the vehicles operated jointly with MHC Mobility Hungary’s fleet partner also run on batteries, so the store chain can deliver online orders without emitting any pollutants, the company informed MTI on Thursday.
It was announced that the fleet was first expanded with 4 fully electric vans, which will be used to deliver orders to the busiest location in Budapest. Initially, the business solution will be tested with a few cars before a further expansion is decided. (MTI)
