Enough of the consumer foreign currency loans
In the Eastern European countries the short-term, unhedged, foreign currency lendings for consumption purposes should be deleted – said the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Thomas Mirow, the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) spoke at the bank’s annual general meeting in Zagreb this weekend.
According to Thomas Mirow; higher standards of creditworthiness should be dictated for the borrowers with no collateral, in the case of local currency loans – reports MTI.
