Chips-tax led to the dismissals

Dismissals started in the confectionery industry, that is  most affected by the public health care product fee.

As has been said earlier by the advocacy organizations of the food and confectionery industry: because of the introduction of the chips-tax, up to eight hundred thousand jobs may disappear, typically in the small and medium enterprise sector.
