Companies and applicants don’t speak the same language
It is more and more difficult for service centres to recruit well-trained workforce that also speaks more languages fluently. According to the Hungarian Outsourcing Organisation (HOA), which unites the most important Hungarian business services centres (SSC), last October member companies’ intention was to recruit 10 percent new staff in 2016.
Attila Dobár, managing director of Job Kft. told that it takes about 45-50 days for companies to fill a vacancy. This period could be shorter but companies and applicants often don’t speak the same language. Hungarian SSCs are looking for well-trained and hard-working employees. /
