Buried underwear betrays soil health
A new scientific project organized by the ELKH ATK Institute of Soil Science will start in Hungary in the spring of 2021, based on civil participation – writes agrarszektor.hu.
Using a simple method, farmers and land users can join in research on soil life and thus soil health. Degradation of cotton underwear buried during the active period of soil life indicates the biological activity of the soil. In this way, they can get a picture of the state of soils at the national level. (agrarszektor.hu)
