Transylvania will be swallowed by the western supermarket chains
Another department store, the Kaufland arrived to Sepsiszentgyörgy. The German group will build up the city’s newest department store, on 5 thousand square meters. The local government approved the settlement plan.
But there are shared opinions over the plan among the residents and also the members of the council. Some people say that the appearance of competition will have a positive impact on price developments, while others believe that the activities of the large shopping centers destroy the small local shops – reports mfor.hu., after Transylvanian Krónika.
