Danubius sold the Gellért Hotel
The Danubius Hotels Group sold the Gellért Hotel to the property developer Indotek Group. The deal was signed recent days – Danubius and Indotek announced on Friday.

The real estate development company announced in a communication sent to MTI: The Gellért Hotel, one of the most prestigious hotels in Budapest, has now been fully renovated and can be renovated as a five-star hotel within a few years. The buyer of the building, Indotek Group, intends to carry out a complete reconstruction of the monument protected facility with the original retention, with the aim of improving the quality of tourism in Budapest with even higher quality services.
