TreeHouse Foods to sell part of its “meal prep” business
TreeHouse Foods Inc said it would sell a large part of its meal preparation division to an investment firm for USD 950m, because it wishes to focus more on its private label snacking and beverage portfolio. The business is expected to bring in approximately USD 1.6bn in net sales in 2022.
