TriGranit to sell its shopping center in Krakow
The TriGranit signed a preliminary purchase agreement with the Rockcastle real estate investment company, about the Bonarka City Center shopping center in Krakow. The financial closing of the transaction is expected in the coming months.
According to the communication of TriGranit sent to MTI on Thursday, the Bonarka City Center was opened in 2009. The shopping center with a base area of 92 500-square-meters is located on a 19 hectare site in the Podgorze district of Krakow. (MTI)
