Est Media would sell a part of Sziget Kft.

According to the communication of Est Media published on the site of BÉT, the Est Media would sell the EMG Médiacsoport Kft. owned portion of the Sziget Kft. for 2 billion HUF.

In the first round of the two-round tender, the unit for sale cannot be sold for less than 2,040,037,500 HUF.

The application process to be closed on July 16, 2012. Est Media will provide informations about the results of the application process on July 17. (mfor.hu)
