Considering it name, El Toro should be a representative of the authentic Mediterranean or Hispanic cuisine. It is not. Design is minimal and rather cosmopolitan. On the other hand, the menu reminds us of the trendiest downtown places and all the beef and veal used in the kitchen comes from two year old Uruguayan cattle raised in a natural environment.
