The delegated right to sample and inspect the seed can then be requested
On May 31, 2019, based on the amendment to the Decree on the production and placing on the market of seeds of field plant species, the possibility of sampling, field inspection, and seed testing that can be carried out under the delegated authority came into force. With this procedure, the authority tries to facilitate the operation of the Hungarian seed sector, since the great advantage of sampling under delegated authority is that it can be done at any time convenient for the company.
