The Ministry of Justice and the GVH are cooperating for fair competition

A cooperation agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Justice (IM) and the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH). The cooperation facilitates the professional work of the two organizations in order to create fair competition in all sectors of the economy.

The Office of Economic Competition and the Ministry of Justice agreed on future professional cooperation on Thursday. The co-operation agreement respects the independence of the operation of the GVH under the National Assembly, but at the same time provides an excellent framework for the joint work carried out by the two parties in order to create the conditions for fair market competition and increase their social acceptance.
