The Hungarian Logistics Association and Trenkwalder concluded a cooperation agreement
On March 9, the Hungarian Logistics Association (MLE) and Trenkwalder signed an agreement on strategic cooperation at a conference jointly organized by the two parties. The highlight of the event in Budapest was the labor situation of the Hungarian logistics market.
In the framework of the cooperation, the parties will provide each other with broad market information on current labor market trends, including logistics trends, as this is an economic area of particular importance. As part of the process, the Hungarian Logistics Association (MLE) and Trenkwalder integrate the market information and experience at their disposal, and convey it to the business actors associated with the two organizations.
“The labor shortage can also be seen in the field of logistics, sometimes even seven-figure salaries are not motivating enough, but we also often see examples of the right expertise being an obstacle to finding the ideal candidate”
– said Dr. Zoltán Doór, president of the Hungarian Logistics Association (MLE), who added that in their everyday life, in addition to trying to improve the current situation with up-to-date training (e.g. Advanced Logistics Manager), they consider all additional background processes important, which helps logistics companies find the right workforce.
