Cooperation agreement was signed between the Public Procurement Authority and Nébih
The Public Procurement Authority (KH) and the National Food Chain Safety Agency (Nébih) have entered into a cooperation agreement – the Public Procurement Authority told MTI.
Under an indefinite agreement, the parties will cooperate on issues related to public procurement as well as the performance of contracts resulting from public procurement procedures.
Since November 2015, the Public Procurement Authority has been reviewing not only the legality of public procurement procedures, but also the proper performance of contracts and the modification of contracts.
