New EU-rule: no wine-delivery documents needed

Within the framework of the new legistal norms of the EU, winegrowers face several new rules to make their life easier when it comes to administration.

There are certain new rules which made it necessary to change some Hungarian rules.

From no on, wine-delivery ducuments are easier to fill. No wine-delivery documents are needed, only the invoice needs to be enclosed.
