The K&H digital financial assistant handles more and more cases independently
Kate, K&H’s artificial intelligence-based digital financial assistant, is increasingly handling more and more cases for customers as an integral part of the mobile bank – she can now handle 70 percent of cases independently. She has recently been expanded with new features, which offer even more personal, faster and easier administration. Kate is used by 150 thousand active users every month.
Kate’s new features
One of the most impressive new features is that Kate, who has received a prominent search field in the mobile bank, now addresses her users by nickname, making digital administration a much more direct experience. In addition, Kate now supports customers in purchasing highway stickers and even warns them when the sticker is about to expire, so that no one gets any unpleasant surprises. It also accompanies the entire account opening process, notifying the customer if the credit conditions of the account opening campaign have been met, and then when the credit has been received. . For the most frequently used transfers, a new Kate widget helps with quick administration, making transactions initiated with familiar partners available with a single click.
Kate is becoming a part of more and more people’s everyday lives
The numbers show that Kate has become an increasingly important player in the everyday lives of customers. Today, it can solve 70 percent of cases independently, 150 thousand active users use it regularly, and 1.7 million conversations have been held with it so far in 2025 alone. A total of 300 different functions are available through it, the most popular of which are displaying card details (100 thousand times per month), changing the daily transfer limit (40 thousand times), viewing the account number or PIN code (30 thousand times each), transferring money (15 thousand times), downloading the statement (14 thousand times), and searching for transactions (12,500 times). Many people also use it to modify card limits, activate the card, and check the card expiration date.
