More and more Hungarians turn to the European Consumer Centre
A growing number of Hungarian citizens are turning to the European Consumer Centre (ECC), and the returned amount also increases – Kriesch Attila director of ECC told at a press conference on Wednesday in Zalaegerszeg.
Kriesch Attila reported that in connection with cross-border shoppings and services a total of 341 consumer complaints arrived to the Consumer Centre in Budapest from Hungarians, who turned to the office in connection with their foreign purchases, as well as from foreigners who are debate with Hungarian firms.
