More and more retailers bankrupt
3.3 percent of the domestic retail companies were closed last year, far more than in the other sectors.
In the first part of 2010 and 2011 the number of bankruptcies increased in retail – states Dun & Bradstreet Hungária.
The trend also shows that the company closures have not yet ended in retail, as the liquidation the bankruptcy procceedings and the insolvency proccedings have also grown over the past year.
The retail sector's collapse ratio until mid-2010 was still below the national average with its 2.85 percent value of while the typical Hungarian insolvency rate of the companies was 2.92 percent – reports Népszabadság Online.
