More and more winemakers produce quality champagne, according to the expert
More and more wine producers produce quality champagne, because of the change in the legal environment. In Hungary high quality champagne can be bought at favorable prices – Keményné Koncz Ildikó, secretary general of the Hungarian Academy of Wine told M1 news channel.
She emphasized that the former legislations favored capital-intensive entrepreneurs, so smaller producers were excluded from champagne production, but the legislation that came into force in 2013 allows winemakers to produce traditional bottled champagne. (MTI)
