Growing interest in Hungarian fish-production
The interest in Hungarian fish has reached the level of interest in the late eighties.
Fish-production has been successful and efficient in Hungary throughout the past few years, just last year more than 13 tons of fishes had been produced. Export has also seen a major increase both since 2008 in quantity and volume, it has been doubled within a year, and now the volume of export in 2009 has grown to 10.4 million euros – Ferenc Lévai, CEO of Aranyponty Ltd has informed the dail Napi Gazdaság.
