Artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly important role in gardening

Husqvarna’s latest machines with image processing technology combine more than 30 years of robotic lawnmower expertise. The models, which will be released in spring 2026 and are manufactured in Europe, will detect objects around them thanks to the new camera and intuitive operation, making home lawn care even easier.

AI is now helping us with garden work

Thanks to the built-in cameras and AI technology, the machines recognize obstacles in real time, which they avoid. Whether it’s a garden tool or a toy, the robotic lawnmower slows down and takes a new route. This way, the lawnmower navigates efficiently and provides full coverage even in areas with weak satellite signals, such as under trees or near buildings.

The installation can be done without a boundary wire, and the correction data is transmitted via the Husqvarna Cloud, so all you need is a stable Wi-Fi connection throughout the lawn. The devices can be accessed via the Husqvarna Automower® Connect app, even remotely, and in the future, voice assistance will also be available thanks to Smart Home compatibility.

The Automower® Connect app helps users in several ways: you can plan the mowing schedule, check the mower’s status, and control individual areas with Automower® Zone Control. The latter allows you to set mowing patterns and no-go zones, for example for flower beds and playgrounds.

Compact design and innovation

The compact design and quiet operation of the models make them ideal for urban environments and can be used in all weather conditions.

The new Automower® 308V can be used on areas of up to 800 m², while the Automower® 312V is designed for areas of up to 1,200 m². They can be used on slopes of up to 40%, and the cutting surface can be selected in a striped, square or triangular pattern.
