Businesses renting out shops in shopping malls are having serious problem
Fewer and fewer Hungarian fashion and other retail and catering businesses operating in shopping malls are able to pay rents – the Association of Tenants’ Interests (BBÉE) called attention in a statement – Index wrote.
The organization emphasized that companies have been using their reserves for months, and the survival of Hungarian-owned SMEs is not helped by capital-intensive international companies. According to the advocacy association, they need government help to survive and retain employees. (index)
