For the fifth time, Erste Bank asked its employees how they are experiencing the changes in their work environment due to the pandemic. The result shows that, over time, slightly fewer people rate telework as highly good. The biggest problem is the lack of personal relationships, but more and more people are also having trouble organizing their daily lives.

The popularity of working from home among Erste Bank employees declined somewhat during the another wave of the pandemic. The majority of employees of the financial institution, about 90 percent of the employees performing central tasks, have been performing their duties remotely since the outbreak of the pandemic, and the bank conducts a survey of satisfaction from time to time.
