There is a growing lack of personal connection for those working from home
The popularity of working from home among Erste Bank employees declined somewhat during the another wave of the pandemic. The majority of employees of the financial institution, about 90 percent of the employees performing central tasks, have been performing their duties remotely since the outbreak of the pandemic, and the bank conducts a survey of satisfaction from time to time.
