Growing importance of managing fresh categories

InterMopro, InterCool and InterMeat – the trade fairs of dairy, meat and frozen products will be held on 12-15 September in Düsseldorf. From Hungary six companies are going to participate as exhibitors and 250-300 trade visitors are expected. The event will focus on category management, the importance of which is growing in food retail of the future. For more effective store sales the organisers created the ‘saloon of fresh products’, where leading brand manufacturers present their successful category management concepts.
